Service Description

This service is designed for busy tenants who want a neat, organised and functional wardrobe without spending hours doing it themselves. It works for all apartment types but can be scaled depending on size and bedrooms. What’s Included (Full Scope) Basic Wardrobe Organisation (This service is for one wardrobe per each room. Please book x2 for wardrobes in two bedroom apartments). - Remove all items from wardrobe - Sort items into: keep / donate / seasonal / laundry - Fold and stack clothes neatly - Hang clothes by type (shirts, jackets, dresses, trousers) - Arrange shoes and accessories - Label boxes or shelves (if needed) NOTE: Prerequisite Consultation Before we start, we conduct a short consultation to understand your needs to : - Assess wardrobe size and contents - Confirm what items are to be kept, donated, or stored - Discuss laundry, folding preferences and seasonal rotation - Clarify any special instructions (e.g. delicate items, accessories) This ensures your wardrobe is organised exactly how you want and prevents miscommunication.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible rescheduling to suit your needs. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to avoid a fee, allowing us to manage our team’s schedule effectively. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

All prices and time estimates provided at the time of booking are indicative only and based on the information supplied, as well as what we consider a standard clean. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and/or duration following on-site assessment or during the service if the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was originally described. We will inform you of any changes upon assessment and will only proceed once you have agreed to the revised terms. Any additional costs for variations may be required to be paid in advance before continuing. To help ensure accurate pricing and avoid changes on the day, we strongly encourage clients to provide photos or videos at the time of booking, particularly if the space may require more than a standard clean.
