Service Description

Our routine cleaning service is designed to maintain a clean, comfortable living space on a regular basis. Ideal for apartments that are already in a reasonably tidy condition. Bedroom & Living Areas: - Dusting all accessible surfaces (tables, shelves, décor) - Wiping down frequently touched areas (handles, switches) - Light tidying and straightening - Vacuuming floors, carpets and rugs - Mopping hard floors Bathroom: - Cleaning and disinfecting toilet, sink and shower/bath - Wiping mirrors and glass surfaces - Cleaning taps and removing light buildup - Emptying bins and general wipe-down of surfaces Kitchen: - Wiping countertops and splashbacks - Cleaning sink and taps - Exterior wipe-down of appliances (microwave, fridge, oven) - Light cleaning of hob/stovetop - Emptying bins and general tidying - Floor vacuuming and mopping This service focuses on upkeep rather than intensive cleaning and is best suited for regular bookings.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible rescheduling to suit your needs. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to avoid a fee, allowing us to manage our team’s schedule effectively. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing and/or duration following on-site assessment or during the service if the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was originally described. We will inform you of any changes upon assessment and will only proceed once you have agreed to the revised terms. Any additional costs for variations may be required to be paid in advance before continuing. To help ensure accurate pricing and avoid changes on the day, we strongly encourage clients to provide photos or videos at the time of booking, particularly if the space may require more than a standard clean.
