Service Description

Our end of tenancy cleaning is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom clean designed to return the apartment to a high standard, suitable for landlords, agents or new occupants. Book for superior thoroughness and efficiency. (Perfect for tenants moving out). Bedroom & Living Areas: - Deep cleaning of all surfaces, fixtures and fittings - Skirting boards, doors, frames and switches thoroughly cleaned - Interior windows and window sills (where accessible) - Wardrobes and storage units cleaned inside and out - Full floor cleaning (vacuuming and mopping) Bathroom: - Full descaling and sanitisation of all fixtures - Deep cleaning of toilet, sink, bath/shower and tiles - Removal of limescale, soap scum and buildup - Mirrors, glass and fittings polished - Cabinets cleaned inside and out (if empty) Kitchen: - Full deep clean of all surfaces and appliances - Inside and outside of cupboards and drawers (if empty) - Oven, fridge and microwave cleaned internally - Degreasing of hob, extractor fan and splashbacks - Sink, taps and tiles descaled and polished - Floor fully cleaned This service is designed to deliver a thorough reset of the entire apartment and may require more time depending on condition. - Important Note - All services are tailored to the size and condition of each apartment. Pricing and duration may vary accordingly. Providing photos in advance can help us give a more accurate estimate and avoid any changes on the day.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible rescheduling to suit your needs. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to avoid a fee, allowing us to manage our team’s schedule effectively. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing and/or duration following on-site assessment or during the service if the actual condition, size, or scope of work differs from what was originally described. We will inform you of any changes upon assessment and will only proceed once you have agreed to the revised terms. Any additional costs for variations may be required to be paid in advance before continuing. To help ensure accurate pricing and avoid changes on the day, we strongly encourage clients to provide photos or videos at the time of booking, particularly if the space may require more than a standard clean.
