Our deep cleaning service provides a more intensive, detailed clean - perfect for spaces that need extra attention or haven’t been cleaned in a while. Bedroom & Living Areas: - Everything included in routine cleaning - Detailed dusting, including skirting boards, door frames and light fixtures - Cleaning behind and under furniture (where accessible) - Wiping internal doors and handles - Interior window cleaning (where accessible) Bathroom: - Full descaling of taps, showerheads and tiles - Removal of soap scum, limescale and buildup - Deep cleaning of grout and hard-to-reach areas - Detailed cleaning of fixtures and fittings - Thorough sanitisation of all surfaces Kitchen: - Everything included in routine cleaning - Deep cleaning of hob, extractor and splashback - Inside microwave, fridge and oven (on request) - Cleaning cupboard exteriors (and interiors if empty) - Removal of grease, grime and buildup - Detailed cleaning around appliances This service is ideal as a reset clean and is often recommended before starting a routine schedule. - Important Note - All services are tailored to the size and condition of each apartment. Pricing and duration may vary accordingly. Providing photos in advance can help us give a more accurate estimate and avoid any changes on the day.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible rescheduling to suit your needs. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to avoid a fee, allowing us to manage our team’s schedule effectively. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

We will inform you of any changes upon assessment and will only proceed once you have agreed to the revised terms. Any additional costs for variations may be required to be paid in advance before continuing. To help ensure accurate pricing and avoid changes on the day, we strongly encourage clients to provide photos or videos at the time of booking, particularly if the space may require more than a standard clean. Where such information is provided, we will review it and reach out in advance of your appointment to confirm whether any adjustments to pricing or duration may be required.
